I'm Isabelle Mullin — founder and driving force behind Mullin's Horizon.
Born in Vienna, Austria, half French from Dijon, Bourgogne — I've had wanderlust in my blood from day one. I've been in the live music industry for over 13 years, and it started under a different name — Irieunity — born out of pure love for reggae, dancehall, and the magic that happens when the right artist meets the right stage. What began as a passion project turned into a decade-long career that took me across continents.
I spent years heading up artist bookings for Africa, based out of Nairobi, Kenya. Before that, Bangkok, Thailand — and of course Vienna, where my European network was built from the ground up. No matter where I lived, I always booked artists all over the world. That's never changed — the time zones just shifted.
After more than a decade in this industry, I made the decision to go fully independent. Mullin's Horizon is the result — a fresh start built on everything I've learned, every relationship I've nurtured, and a deep belief that this business works best when it's personal, honest, and driven by genuine passion.
Today I'm based in East Bay, California, but the work is global. I book artists across 84+ countries, work with promoters and agencies on every continent, and still get the same rush from a perfectly executed show that I did on day one.
I didn't build this agency to be the biggest — I built it to be the one people want to work with again. Every artist deserves someone who genuinely fights for the right opportunity, and every promoter deserves a partner who actually gets it done.
This isn't just a business to me. I genuinely love live music, I love the hustle, and I love seeing an artist's face when they walk onto a stage we put together.
